Pancakes on a Sunday afternoon. Lesson learnt: you must let the butter heat up in the pan first before putting in your batter. I had a hard time scrubbing off the burnt parts from the frying pan. I'm going to try again next weekend. Maybe get some yogurt to go with the pancakes next time round. Hmm, sounds like a plan.
